Therefore, purchasing property under the name of foreign nationals is not valid at the moment. It is possible that some individuals have done this, which is illegal. Naturally, if the systems and authorities responsible for addressing and monitoring such violations take action, it will be considered an illegal act.
Regarding the regulation of foreign nationals, which has faced public criticism recently, he stated that the monitoring has increased significantly. A considerable number of unauthorized foreigners have been expelled, and this process continues regularly.
He emphasized that any foreign nationals in the country without a permit must return to their home country, and this is a priority. The same applies in Tehran. We say to our dear neighbors who have come from neighboring countries and are here that those without permits must return, and those with permits should operate within the framework of their permits.
He mentioned that it is rumored that some foreign nationals in the country buy properties by registering a company. Is this legal?
