Minoo Mohraz, an infectious disease specialist, emphasizes that regarding the issue of poisoning of female students in the country, experts in toxicology and poisoning should give their opinions, saying
I cannot comment on poisoning, but in any case, the evidence and signs indicate that what is happening to the students cannot have a viral cause; whatever it is, it must be some kind of poison.
Regarding the resurgence of COVID-19 in the country, Mohraz says the number of coronavirus cases with symptoms like sore throat, fever, chills, gastrointestinal symptoms, and the like has clearly increased, and given how people have become indifferent to wearing masks, we should expect an increase in COVID-19 infections.
