Mohseni Ejei: We are facing challenges in the economy and people’s livelihoods
The head of Iran’s judiciary, referring to the consequences of the U.S. maritime blockade, said the country is facing problems in the economy and people’s livelihoods, and officials should focus on facilitating citizens’ lives.
Gholamhossein Mohseni Ejei, speaking among judicial officials, stated that the opposing side’s goal is to put pressure on the country’s economy and emphasized that effective actions must be taken in this area to prevent this goal from being achieved.
He also warned that any exploitation of the situation, including hoarding, overpricing, or offering counterfeit and expired goods, will be met with legal and decisive action.
In separate remarks on social media, Mohseni Ejei also referred to developments in the Persian Gulf and said that, in his view, new conditions are taking shape in this region, and legal support for it is on the agenda.
