Ali Mojtehedzadeh wrote in Etemad newspaper that when a verdict undermines the trust in the judicial system, it is natural that it should not be issued. Although the majority of our country’s judges are reasonable, expert, and capable individuals, some judges issue verdicts that are not in line with the judicial efforts made.
Like many of my legal colleagues, I believe this verdict is flawed, but we must answer the question of how the irreparable costs that arise from the consequences of such verdicts domestically and internationally will be compensated.
