Monthly housing inflation in Tehran reaches a record high
Housing inflation in Tehran has reached its highest level in the first month of the country’s winter season
Data from the Statistical Center of Iran shows that the housing price index in Tehran was 1914 in the first month of the winter season. Statistical comparisons indicate that the monthly inflation rate in December 2022 in the housing sector of Tehran was equivalent to 98%, reaching its peak in the past two years. This event has led to a 66% increase in housing prices, reaching the highest level in the past year.
