The execution of Mr. Ghabadlou’s sentence took place despite Amir Raisian, Mohammad Ghabadlou’s lawyer, telling Shargh newspaper that the execution was completely illegal and that, according to Article 477 of the Criminal Procedure Code, Ghabadlou’s case should be re-examined.
