On Sunday, August 18, Benjamin Netanyahu said in a cabinet meeting that Hamas has not even sent a representative to the negotiations in Doha so far, therefore the pressure should be on Hamas and Yahya Sinwar, the successor of Ismail Haniyeh as the head of the Hamas political bureau, not on the Israeli government.
