Benjamin Netanyahu, the Prime Minister of Israel, announced that since five days ago, on the day of the presidential election in the United States, he has spoken three times with Donald Trump, the elected President of the country.
According to the Jerusalem Post, Netanyahu described these conversations in his weekly meeting with his government members as good and very important, stating that both sides were aligned on the dangers posed by the Islamic Republic of Iran.
Netanyahu emphasized that during these conversations, there was talk about further strengthening the alliance between Israel and the United States, and said that he and Trump agreed on the great opportunities ahead for Israel, especially regarding peace and the opportunities to expand it.
