A new expense in the government: The Ministry of Sports established the Physical Fitness Federation.
The Ministry of Sports of the Islamic Republic, aiming to increase physical activity and wellness among the population, to compensate for the severe inactivity caused by the COVID-19 pandemic, and to enhance productivity and agility of the Federation of Public Sports, has established the Physical Fitness Federation. This was done through the legal procedures based on item 11 of paragraph A, article 4 of the law on the goals and duties of the Ministry of Sports and Youth, and in accordance with the executive regulations of this paragraph, with the approval of the Council for Issuing and Revoking Licenses for Federations and Sports Styles, and the final approval of the Minister of Sports and Youth.
