People must vote to solve problems, says newspaper Ettela'at

The newspaper Ettela’at believes that people must vote to solve problems.

Ettela’at newspaper writes that with the experiences gained from authoritarian rule, everyone, even at the highest levels of the system, has come to the conclusion that purification and authoritarian rule are not effective solutions for governing the country.

The country’s situation, conditions, and resources are not such that crises faced by the nation and the country can be properly managed without maximum participation and utilizing all human, intellectual, and material capacities of society.

Part of the problems that society faces are actually the result of lack of participation in elections, which makes it easier for those who welcome the minimum presence of the people with enthusiasm to reach power. Now, when a better opportunity for choice has emerged, why should they be upset? And those who interpret this upset as a civil struggle should also consider whether the result of their upset has borne fruit or has led those who actually welcome this upset to their intended destination.
