It declares that any unsubstantiated quotes not backed by existing and written documents from the Leader’s statements, and relying on personal interpretations and verbal understandings of his statements or those of his officials, lack credibility and validity. It is expected that everyone pays the necessary attention to this matter and avoids repeating it.
