Organized Corruption in Jam Petrochemical

Hashem Najafi, the CEO of Jam Petrochemical, rose from being a eulogist and head of security to managing this organization, but he has numerous corruption cases.

In Pasargad Oil, he issued guarantees for unqualified individuals, resulting in the disappearance of 8,000 tons of bitumen worth 30 million dollars.

In the Pasargad bitumen corruption case, due to deliberate violations, the produced bitumen was illegally removed from the distribution cycle, causing significant losses to the company.

As the head of security, Najafi deleted the documents of violations and used his influence to avoid dismissal.

Mahmoud Alavi, the former Minister of Intelligence, was one of Najafi’s supporters.

Abolfazl Alavi, Alavi’s nephew, with a master’s degree in chemistry and without experience, became active in Pasargad Oil with Najafi’s support.

In an internal sabotage incident, 300 tons of bitumen were destroyed when the surveillance cameras were turned off.

Abolfazl Alavi then became the manager of the Tehran Oil factory and in February 2022 was appointed as the CEO of Iranol Lubricants.

With Eshaqi’s entry into Iranol, Alavi was dismissed but was appointed as the commercial deputy with Bagheri’s management in Pasargad Oil.

Najafi became the CEO of Jam Petrochemical during Mehdi Mosakni’s period with the support of Ahmadi, the General Director of Shasta’s Security.

Rezvanifar tried to control Najafi’s corruption circle, but with the return of Bazian and Ahmadi to Shasta, both of whom had corruption cases in Iransazeh, this effort remained incomplete.

The dismissal of Najafi could reveal the corruption cases, including the Pasargad bitumen incident.
