The Foreign Minister of Pakistan called for constructive engagement between Iran and the United States in the Islamabad talks.

Ishaq Dar, the Foreign Minister of Pakistan, after the arrival of the Iranian and United States delegations in Islamabad, has asked both sides to adopt an approach based on constructive engagement in the ongoing talks aimed at ending the war.

In a statement from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Pakistan, it was mentioned that Ishaq Dar expressed hope that the parties can act constructively in the negotiation process, and Islamabad has also declared its readiness to continue facilitating the process of achieving a sustainable solution to end this conflict.

He also, during the welcoming ceremony for J.D. Vance in Islamabad, appreciated the United States’ commitment to efforts towards sustainable regional and international peace.
