A member of parliament stated that since entering the parliament, our internet lines have been without filters.

The latest update from the social network X has shown that certain individuals, including some members of parliament who support the continuation of filtering, are using unfiltered internet.

According to Khabar Online, despite some representatives likely denying having unrestricted internet access, Ahmad Bakhshayesh Ardestani, a member of parliament, said that since representatives have entered the parliament, filtering has been removed from their lines.

Bakhshayesh also announced that in Iran, many organizations such as intelligence and security agencies use these lines.

He also pointed out the issue of filtering and said that filtering actually has a mafia; many people are interested in having filtering because they want to sell VPNs and conduct business.

According to this member of parliament, the filtering of social networks has been implemented so that Telegram, WhatsApp, Instagram, or Twitter would cooperate with the Iranian government.
