Seyyed Mohammad Hosseini, the Vice President for Parliamentary Affairs, stated in an interview with ISNA that the government is striving to control prices as much as possible and where prices increase, to compensate with measures such as paying subsidies.
The main issue of increasing employee salaries has been accepted, but its details have not been finalized yet. There is no plan to remove subsidies for gasoline, medicine, and bread.
