Putin and the UAE President discussed developments in the Persian Gulf
The Kremlin announced that Vladimir Putin, the President of Russia, consulted with Mohammed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, the President of the United Arab Emirates, in a phone call about developments in the Persian Gulf region and the Ukraine war.
According to the Kremlin’s statement, Putin also appreciated the UAE’s role in organizing the exchange of prisoners of war and detainees between Russia and Ukraine.
