Rabiei: Filtering has not been able to ensure the security or satisfaction of the people

The Iranian President’s social assistant, criticizing the continuation of filtering especially after the 12-day war between Israel and Iran, said that as an informed person, I can say that the lack of security has occurred more from internal platforms.

Ali Rabiei, who also heads the Iranian Association for Cultural and Communication Studies, said at the Future of Tehran seminar that 85% of Iranians use VPNs. This statistic shows that neither security has been maintained nor has the satisfaction of the people been achieved.

Part of Mr. Rabiei’s speech video, which was released on the third of Aban, in which he says the insecurity caused by social platforms is no different from domestic networks; the base of both is in America.

What kind of thinking is this that makes the people dissatisfied and also fails to ensure their security?

He emphasized that Iran certainly requires a different social policy after the war.
