Reports on Gulf countries countering missile and drone attacks

Several Gulf countries, including the UAE, Kuwait, Saudi Arabia, and Bahrain, have announced that they have countered missile and drone attacks in recent hours.

Following escalating tensions in the region, the United Arab Emirates, Kuwait, Saudi Arabia, and Bahrain have reported missile and drone attacks in recent hours.

The UAE’s Ministry of Defense announced that the country’s forces are countering incoming threats from Iran and warned citizens that they might hear the interception sounds of air defense systems.

In Kuwait, officials reported hearing explosions due to the activity of defense systems and urged citizens to follow safety instructions.

The Saudi Arabian Ministry of Defense announced that five more drones have been intercepted and destroyed in the eastern region of the country.

In Bahrain, the Ministry of Interior asked residents to go to the nearest safe place after sirens sounded. Later, officials announced that this attack was a result of Iranian aggression and that falling shrapnel caused a fire in a warehouse.

These developments occur as it was previously reported that missile attack warning sirens went off in Jerusalem early Friday morning.
