Reuters: Aramco’s profit increased by 25 percent

Reuters news agency reported that the Saudi oil company Aramco recorded a net profit of $325 billion in the first quarter of 2026, which is a 25 percent increase compared to the same period last year.

According to this report, the increase in oil prices and the growth in sales of crude oil and refined products have been the main factors driving Aramco’s revenue surge.

Reuters also wrote that the East-West pipeline in Saudi Arabia, which transports oil from the Persian Gulf to the port of Yanbu on the Red Sea, has reached its maximum daily capacity of 7 million barrels.

Amin Nasser, CEO of Aramco, described this pipeline as a vital energy supply artery in the event of disruptions to tanker traffic in the Strait of Hormuz.
