Robert Malley Coordinated with US Allies Before Agency Meeting

Robert Malley has coordinated with America’s allies before the agency meeting.

On Wednesday, the United States and its three European allies will formally reprimand Iran with a resolution for not cooperating with the International Atomic Energy Agency. The new U.S. policies regarding Iran’s behavior on the international stage are being pursued alongside various programs to compel the regime to behave appropriately with its people.

As we previously reported, Robert Malley has spent these days in Paris negotiating with officials from the three European countries. These talks have taken place alongside Iran’s efforts to create a platform for dialogue to break out of the diplomatic deadlock.

The conversation between the foreign minister of the government in Iran and the head of the European Union’s foreign policy has created slight optimism among diplomats, and Iran’s promise to invite Rafael Grossi to Tehran if a reprimanding resolution is not issued has not particularly attracted the Europeans.

The only current path for Iran, in a very closed space to exit the current crisis, is to gain the European Union’s satisfaction to negotiate on behalf of the Iranian regime with the United States to gain their approval so they can sit at the negotiating table.
