Russian generals have planned a nuclear attack
While U.S. military and security officials continue to insist that there is no sign of serious movement by the Russian military in changing and transforming its military program and movements within its nuclear military structures, Wednesday’s news about a special meeting of Russian commanders has heightened concerns in the West.
In their special meeting, these commanders discussed the plan to use tactical nuclear weapons in Ukraine, which is a serious indication of their determination to change the dynamics in the battle with Ukrainian defenders and compensate for their defeats. Vladimir Putin was not present at this meeting.
One of the latest remarks about the use of nuclear weapons came from Dmitry Medvedev. He stated on his Telegram channel that, in response to Ukraine’s determination to reclaim all occupied territories, they will use every weapon, especially nuclear weapons, to resist this Ukrainian resolve.
