Saeed Eghbali, a political prisoner, was released from Rajai Shahr Prison.

Saeed Eghbali, a civil activist, was released from Rajai Shahr Prison in Karaj on Sunday, March 12, before completing his prison sentence.

In addition to his early release, a dismissal order was issued regarding a new case that was opened against this political prisoner during his incarceration.

In January of this year, Saeed Eghbali was charged by the Seventh Branch of the General and Revolutionary Prosecutor’s Office in Karaj with the accusation of propaganda against the regime concerning a new case that had been opened against him.
