Saudi official: The Mecca Pact is not a threat to any country

Raed Krimli, Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs of Saudi Arabia for Public Diplomacy, stated that the joint defense agreement between Saudi Arabia, Turkey, and Pakistan is not a threat to any of the countries in the region and is not related to nuclear ambitions or an arms race.

He emphasized that the Mecca Pact is not an attempt to create a military axis or sectarian bloc, but rather it is formed with the aim of strengthening the defensive capabilities and collective security of the three countries.
