Sepahan became the champion of the Iran Football Hazfi Cup.

Sepahan Isfahan, with a 2-0 victory against Mes Rafsanjan, became the champion of the Iran Hazfi Cup once again after 11 years. Every time the Golden-clad team has reached the Hazfi Cup final, they have won.

In the seventh minute, Meysam Teymouri, without being under pressure, unexpectedly gave the ball to Shahriar Moghanlou, allowing him to easily score against Hamed Lak.

Later, Sepahan, with the same player and from the penalty spot, scored the second goal. However, from the moment of the handball foul to taking the penalty, it took six minutes due to a disconnection with the VAR room.

The video system was malfunctioning, and the connection with the review room was not established. The method of communication was person-to-person with a walkie-talkie, transferring information to the fourth referee, and finally applying it to the match referee during the game.

One person would give the walkie-talkie to the fourth referee, then take it back and take it to the VAR room.

One of the floodlights at Azadi Stadium turned off in the 60th minute, and it took a few minutes to turn it back on.
