Seyed Reza Taghavi, Tehran’s representative in the Parliament, stated in an interview with ILNA’s reporter
Regarding the issue of dialogue, which has become a hot topic following the recent protests and unrest, in my opinion, the essence of this thought and idea is a good one. Dialogue is good under any circumstances. However, it shouldn’t be that we bring up the topic of dialogue when an issue arises and then forget about it. This occurrence is not very appropriate.
Saying in general terms, ‘People, come and speak up,’ is very vague. It’s not clear where people should go or to whom they should speak. People might go in front of a governor’s office to raise issues with the judiciary.
