Shabak reported foiling the assassination of the Israeli Minister of National Security

Shin Bet announced the foiling of the assassination attempt on the Israeli Minister of National Security.

The Israeli internal security agency, Shin Bet, stated that the planned assassination of Itamar Ben Gvir, the Minister of National Security, including an attack on Ben Gurion International Airport and the abduction of several Israeli soldiers, has been thwarted.

According to Shin Bet, seven Arab-Israelis and four Palestinians from the West Bank have been arrested in connection with this incident.

Based on this report, the attack on an Israeli settlement on the West Bank where Ben Gvir resides, attacks on government buildings in Jerusalem, and military bases were also on the agenda.

It is said that they intended to kill Ben Gvir with an anti-tank missile. According to Shin Bet, these individuals also intended to kidnap several Israeli soldiers.
