Silent Protest on a Snowy Day
Perhaps the flame of street demonstrations has slightly diminished, but what can be seen in the streets of Iran these days can only be called protest. Women without hijabs, without slogans, calmly walk in the streets as if 40 years of enforced hijab had never weighed heavily on them.
