Spain asked Iran to enter negotiations with goodwill
The Spanish Foreign Minister announced that in a conversation with his Iranian counterpart, he asked Tehran to enter the upcoming negotiations in Islamabad with goodwill
José Manuel Albares also emphasized that Iran should stop its missile and drone attacks
He referred to the start of the ceasefire between Iran and the USA as an opportunity to achieve a lasting agreement
The Spanish government, which had previously opposed participating in the war alongside the USA, has also repeatedly criticized the human rights situation in Iran
The Spanish Foreign Minister also condemned Israel’s attacks on Lebanon, calling them unacceptable and a violation of international laws
