The Speedtest website reports that the average fixed internet speed in Iran has decreased again.

The latest data from the Speedtest website, which measures based on domestic internet within countries rather than international internet connection, indicates that during the period from October 1st to November 1st, the average mobile internet speed in Iran has improved by six ranks, reaching the 61st position. However, the fixed internet speed has dropped by two ranks.
