The spokesperson of the Judiciary is currently handling the murder case of Dariush Mehrjui in a criminal court.

Masoud Staeeshi, the spokesperson of the Judiciary, stated that the case has been sent to the competent court with a complete investigation and the final defense of the four defendants involved in the case, which includes a legal indictment.

Staeeshi continued that when this matter was raised, the honorable head of the Judiciary instructed that the case be dealt with promptly and with special attention to accuracy and validity, and according to previous announcements, this important matter will be addressed in less than two months.

The spokesperson of the Judiciary added that this case, the murder case of Dariush Mehrjui, is currently being heard in a criminal court in a province, and its first hearing will be held on January 9th of this year.
