In response to a question about the latest status of Hassan Mir-Kazemi’s case, the judiciary spokesperson said that a request and complaint for a review of a closed case is legally admissible, but it does not necessarily mean that the request is accepted. The request has been submitted to the court and nothing has been accepted yet.
