Spokesperson of the Guardian Council advises against speculating about the qualification review in cyberspace

The spokesperson of the Guardian Council advised not to speculate about the qualification assessments in the virtual space.

The spokesperson of the Guardian Council, Nezif Tahani, mentioned that the first session of qualification assessments was held yesterday morning. Later in the afternoon, another session took place, and the intensive sessions are ongoing in multiple rounds to expedite the accuracy of the assessments. The advertising campaign will begin after announcing the results of the qualification assessments.

He further urged media and online activists not to speculate about the qualification assessments. He emphasized that the qualification assessments have recently started and the process is detailed, precise, and time-consuming. Speculation is not correct, and even for speculation, it is too early now.

Nezif Tahani stated that although the qualification assessment process is lengthy, it will be carried out accurately. The law allows a 5-day period for the Guardian Council to conduct the assessments, with a possibility of extending for another 5 days. Naturally, we will utilize the first 5 days, and part of the second 5-day period may also be used.
