The Taliban announced the return of low-quality gasoline produced in Iran.

The Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan’s Standards Administration announced the return of dozens of tankers carrying low-quality gasoline produced by Iranian refineries.

According to a message posted on the Taliban’s former Twitter account on Friday, the organization stated that 24 tankers carrying low-quality Iranian gasoline have been returned to Iran through the 78-Mile Bandar-e-Mil Farah in the past two days. In total, 74 tankers carrying Iranian gasoline have been returned from Afghanistan in the past week.

Since the beginning of the year, the Islamic Republic has started limited imports of standard gasoline from Russia and other countries, mainly supplying it in major cities.
