Tashakori Hashemi, the head of the Tehran City Council’s Transportation Commission, stated that individuals have been employed in Tehran’s municipality who do not have even a single day of experience in that department. We continue to see that relatives by blood and marriage, as well as sons-in-law, sons, and daughters, despite not holding any official position in the municipality, influence and interfere in Tehran municipality’s decisions.
