Tasnim: Iran will not negotiate if the naval blockade continues

Tasnim News Agency has reported that Tehran will not send a delegation for negotiations to Pakistan as long as the naval blockade announced by the United States continues.

Tasnim News Agency announced in a report that Iran will not enter the negotiation process in Pakistan as long as the naval blockade against the country persists.

The report states that information obtained by a Tasnim reporter indicates that the exchange of messages between Iran and the United States through a Pakistani intermediary has continued in recent days following the end of the first round of negotiations.

According to Tasnim, the Iranian team has emphasized that as long as Trump’s announcement of the naval blockade against Iran exists, there will be no negotiations.

At the same time, Iran has not yet officially confirmed the time and place for a new round of negotiations with the United States.

This report was published while Donald Trump had announced a few hours earlier that U.S. representatives are set to arrive in Islamabad the next evening to continue negotiations.
