The commander of Tehran’s Revolutionary Guard, emphasizing increased efforts in enforcing the hijab law, stated that those responsible and trained groups known as ‘Ambassadors of Kindness’ will more seriously pursue the issue of observing the law and regulations related to hijab in public places and provide systematic reminders and enlightenment among businesses, offices, markets, streets, parks, recreational areas, and public transportation in Tehran.
He noted the public demand, especially from Tehran residents, for observing Islamic hijab and enforcing appropriate clothing regulations in public environments, adding that this public demand has been strongly emphasized in the country’s laws, and everyone at various levels is asked to create the conditions for fulfilling this important task and prevent the enemies’ efforts to spread corruption and degradation in society.
