Tehran Municipality’s Press Organ on Raisi Government’s Managerial Weakness
Tehran Municipality’s press organ criticized Raisi’s revolutionary government, stating that one of the weaknesses of the thirteenth government is the way managers are arranged and selected, which should be corrected. Efforts should be made to utilize all elites and specialists in various fields to avoid a uniformity of thought in policy-making and execution, as this could ultimately lead to policies being seen as undesirable or neutral.
In fact, the government should be able to create a foundation for diversity management within a framework of transformation and creativity. This diversity management is certainly beneficial for the government as it leads to the strengthening of pragmatism, which will result in improvements in areas such as income distribution and redistribution, welfare development, and transparency in the relationship between the people and the government.
