Tension rises in the Middle East on Tuesday

As official warnings and public statements from Arab authorities about a possible conflict between Iran and Israel peak, leaders of three European countries have explicitly warned Iran about attacking Israel. The Israeli army is preparing for a potential confrontation.

The Israeli army has closed off the southern region’s territory and the Israeli Air Force is on high alert, warning discharged military personnel to be ready to be quickly called back if needed. In these circumstances, the cancellation of most important flights from the capitals of Iran, Israel, Jordan, Lebanon, and even Erbil by foreign airlines indicates fear of conflict in the region.

Tens of thousands of Israeli citizens abroad are stranded at airports unable to find a way back. The US army, under the defense minister’s orders, is on full alert, and the famous American nuclear submarine has been dispatched alongside the expedited deployment of the Abraham Lincoln Carrier Strike Group to the region.

The Abraham Lincoln Carrier Strike Group leads the US F35 squadrons along with special air defense ships.

Powerful F22 aircraft have also been unexpectedly deployed to the region. Israeli military experts, based on security data, anticipate an attack by Iran on August 12 or the night of August 13.

This sacred day for Israelis commemorates the destruction of Jewish temples by the Romans and Babylonians. Experts believe that Iran will choose this significant day for an attack.

That day has arrived.
