Rishi Sunak said that Britain’s attack on Yemen was in self-defense.
Rishi Sunak, the Prime Minister of Britain, stated in his first appearance after the joint attack by Britain and the United States on Houthi targets in Yemen that due to the importance and urgency of the matter, he was unable to inform Parliament before the attack.
He emphasized that the attack on Houthi targets was supported to defend themselves and proportional. He cited the reason for the attack as being directly targeted by Britain.
