The body of the second missing person in the Shazand mine incident was found.
The governor of Shazand County announced on Monday, 27th of Khordad, the discovery of the bodies of two of the missing individuals in the Turah mine collapse incident.
According to ISNA, the governor of Shazand, in a conversation with reporters present at the scene of the incident, stated that the body of the second missing person was just pulled out from under the rubble a few minutes ago.
Lutfallah Parandin, the governor of Shazand, also added that two other individuals are still under the rubble, and rescue efforts by emergency forces continue to find them.
This morning, a mine in the Araktor area collapsed. Following this incident, the crisis management headquarters and rescue operation teams from several provinces began debris removal operations to find the four missing technicians under the rubble.
Meanwhile, Farzad Mokhlesalameh, the Central Province governor, had previously announced the discovery of one of the missing persons in an interview with IRNA, stating that the found individual is alive and being treated by Red Crescent rescue teams.
