The CEO of the Municipal Services Organization: Working children of foreign nationals will be deported
The CEO of the Social Services and Participation Organization of Tehran Municipality, referring to the organization of working children, said these individuals are categorized into two groups: those with Iranian families and foreign nationals. According to the plan, working children who are foreign nationals will be deported with the cooperation of the relevant department.
Ahmad Ahmadisadr, the CEO of the Social Services and Participation Organization of Tehran Municipality, referring to the completion of the supplementary social organization plan, which was held in the capital for two weeks at the mayor’s order, stated that this plan was implemented to organize social issues including drug addicts, working children, waste pickers, and beggars in the city.
He added that this plan was carried out by the social and cultural deputy of the 22 districts and 124 areas of Tehran Municipality, as well as the regional affairs and urban services deputies of the municipality.
Ahmadisadr continued that organized working children are categorized into two groups: those with Iranian families and foreign nationals. Those with families are handed over to their father or mother, and a commitment is taken from them that if the children work on the streets again, legal action will be taken against them.
The CEO of the Social Services and Participation Organization of Tehran Municipality also stated regarding the collected foreign nationals that the social headquarters has provided all facilities for their deportation and then hands them over to the relevant department to take necessary actions for their deportation.
