The chief editor of the Dideban site was arrested

Asal Esmailzadeh, the wife of Saeed Saif Ali, the chief editor of the Dideban Iran news site, has confirmed his arrest.

Esmailzadeh told Shargh that Saeed Saif Ali was arrested after being summoned several times to Evin’s prosecutor’s office for explanations.

Since the start of the protests four months ago, a number of journalists have been imprisoned.
