The execution of two Baloch prisoners was carried out in Bandar Abbas prison

According to the Hal Vash news agency, at dawn today, May 2, the death sentence for two Baloch prisoners, who had previously been sentenced to death on drug-related charges, was carried out.

The identities of these two Baloch prisoners have been confirmed by Hal Vash as 55-year-old Musa Gorgij and 30-year-old Ehsan Gorgij, both from Zahedan.

Hal Vash, quoting informed sources, wrote that Musa and Ehsan were arrested in Bandar Abbas in 2020 and were sentenced to death in the Bandar Abbas Revolutionary Court in early 2022.

According to Hal Vash’s report, alongside the Women, Life, Freedom revolution in Iran and Eastern Kurdistan, the execution of Baloch citizens has seen a significant increase, with at least 111 Baloch citizens executed in various prisons in Iran from August 20, 2022, to April 29, 2023.
