The director of public relations of the Supreme Court announced that the execution sentence of Mohammad Boroghni, one of the accused in the recent unrests, has been halted pending the outcome of the Supreme Court’s reconsideration of the request for retrial under Article 474 of the Criminal Procedure Code by his lawyer, based on the note under Article 478.
