The Foreign Ministry says new US sanctions are doomed to fail

In response to the announcement of new US economic sanctions, the Iranian Foreign Ministry described this action as previously tested and failed, stating that repeating this policy will result in nothing but a repetition of past failures.

In this statement, sanctions and economic pressure are described as the flip side of war and military aggression, and the Foreign Ministry emphasized that Iran will stand firm against the military, economic, political, and psychological pressures from the United States.

The Foreign Ministry also announced that relying on domestic capabilities and seven decades of resistance experience, Iran will use all its tools and capacities to counter the actions of the United States and Israel and protect its national interests.
