The Iran-Iraq game ended in a draw.

Iraqi media reported that Iraq will play against Russia in a friendly match in the city of Sochi on March 27th. The head of the Iraqi Football Federation also confirmed this, but did not mention anything about a friendly match with Iran. Some Iraqi media outlets have claimed that the friendly match with Iran, which was supposed to be held in March if both federations agreed, has been canceled.
