Peyman Jebeli mentioned that naturally, there are specialized think tanks in various networks, and matters related to the guests who are invited, including their level of expertise and other characteristics, are examined.
In response to the question of why proper supervision has not been carried out to prevent inaccurate statements in religious programs, he said that a significant portion of IRIB programs are live, and controlling the statements of guests in live programs is not an easy task. Our duty is to first pay necessary attention to selecting experts, guests, and individuals who are invited, and to consider and review the aspects that need scrutiny and reassessment in the selection of guests and experts.
Jabali pointed out that it is important to clarify the responsibility of the national media regarding the statements or positions expressed by guests and experts in their speeches, and remind that the responsibility lies not with the radio and television, but with the individual who made the statement or took the position.
