The Ilka family’s dealings over the stabilization of the Bank Tejarat CEO

Heshmat Ilka, also known by the alias Hamed Izadi, is the head of the Oil Industry Protection Organization, who has recently stirred up a lot of noise due to his influence and network within the country’s oil industry. However, his efforts to appoint his younger brother Keyvan Ilka as the head of the Persian Gulf Holding reached a dead end, resulting in Keyvan’s removal from the holding’s board of directors.

Reports from Iran Gate Agency sources indicate that another brother of Heshmat Ilka, Hamed Izadi named Kian Ilka, who was dismissed from the position of deputy at Bank Tejarat following the exposure of financial cases related to the Ilka family. He has been working behind the scenes at Bank Tejarat for years. These days, as rumors of the dismissal of the ethical CEO of Tejarat are heard, he has promised the CEO to remain in his position with the support and help of his brother Heshmat Hamed. In return, Kian, his brother, would be appointed to a suitable position in the bank, and also Keyvan, his ousted brother, would be appointed in one of Bank Tejarat’s holdings.

In this context, various meetings and negotiations have taken place over the past week to stabilize Hadi Akhlaghi, and Heshmat Ilka Hamed Izadi has promised Akhlaghi in a meeting at the Karim Brothers’ restaurant on the 26th floor of the Parsian Azadi Hotel to secure his position as CEO of Bank Tejarat.

Alongside the Ilka brothers, Heshmat Ilka Hamed Izadi, who are surrounded by controversies, his two sons are also involved in frequenting oil brokerage offices and meeting with managers of the country’s oil industry in some cafe-restaurants, contrary to managerial norms and principles, to broker for managerial positions. Heshmat Ilka, whose appointment to the Oil Protection Organization has brought numerous controversies to the industry with the involvement of his family, now seems to be turning the banking industry into a taste of controversy and corruption due to the presence and demands of the Ilkas.
