The Islamic Republic of Iran accused Donald Trump, the President of the United States, of encouraging political instability, inciting violence, and threatening national sovereignty, territorial integrity, and national security of Iran.
These accusations were made by Amir Saeid Iravani, the permanent representative of the Islamic Republic to the United Nations, in an official letter addressed to the Security Council of this international body.
In this letter, a copy of which was also sent to the UN Secretary-General, the representative of the Islamic Republic at the United Nations wrote that the United States and the Israeli regime bear direct and undeniable responsibility for the loss of innocent lives, especially young people.
This letter was sent in response to Donald Trump’s recent positions and statements regarding the protests and internal developments in Iran.
