The Israeli Defense Minister has lost control of the Gaza Strip to Hamas.

The Israeli Defense Minister said on Tuesday that Hamas has lost control of the Gaza Strip.

Yuval Galant stated in a television statement without providing details that Hamas has lost control of Gaza and that civilians are also looting Hamas bases.

The war between Israel and Hamas has entered its eighteenth day, and reports indicate that Israel has carried out 4,200 airstrikes on the Gaza Strip in retaliation for Hamas’ attack on October 7th.

The Gaza Health Ministry, which is under Hamas control, announced on Tuesday in its latest report that Israeli attacks have resulted in the death of 11,240 people in the enclave.

On the Israeli side, at least 1,400 people have been killed.
